grey areas
I watched cops collect their mamool yesterday. Brazenly, rightfully, no second guesses or guilt or other inconvenient emotions....
Should I have done something to prevent the occurrence of corruption? After all, if I intervened, the small guys with their carts on the street because they can't afford anything better, would get a raw deal as a result. And they aren't hurting anyone with what they do, so I don't see why the law should attack them while guys with money get away with worse transgressions.
But if I look the other way this time, I have to look away the next time around and the line grows more blurred as time goes by.
Why couldn't the world just be black and white?

Be careful what you wish for Sir. People like MR. BUsh would have us believe that the world is simply a case of "With US or with the TERRORISTS." THe reality is, at best, an unhappy medium.
Hehe yea. Kinda like, Republican or Al Qaida! Only 2 ways about it.
Maybe its time to change the color codes. Even burkhas, these days come in midnight black, coal black, nocturne dark, snatch blurr etc.
The problem is that Bush thinks in black and white in a grey world. If the entire world were black and white, he wouldn't have the world's most powerful army backing up his negative iq.
